You may cancel or change your order if it has not been shipped yet.
How can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or change your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the message title “Request to Cancel/Change Order” and set out the Order ID No./Invoice No. and the cancellation or changes required in the email. Alternatively, you can contact us at 1700-81-6998 to cancel or change your order.
We can only accept your cancellation or change request once we have confirmed that the order has not been shipped yet.
What happens after I have cancelled my order?
Once your order cancellation has been reviewed and approved, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid.
What is the return policy?
All products can be returned to us within 21 calendar days from invoice date, provided the products are in their original condition (still new and unused) in the orginal packaging as received. If the products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. All return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. IDS Interior Decor Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return process.
Once we have checked and confirmed the products are in their original condition in the original packaging, the customer will receive their refund within 14 working days after the confirmation.
